SIZING:
You may be asking your self how do you figure out your size. Well don't worry about the size of your breasts, look at the size of your areola. Take a measuring tape and measure across the middle from one side to the other of your areola.

HOW TO USE THEM:
Pasties can be attached using a few different methods. The most common is Spirit Gum, along with Eyelash Glue , Latex Adhesive, and Fashion Tape. All except for fashion tape are wonderful. I've found that fashion tape is a waste of money and time. I tried some out during a test run and they fell off with in 2 minutes, save your $6. *Always do a spot check when trying out new glue products both Spirit Gum and Latex Adhesive are common products that can cause allergic reactions.

APPLICATION:
Step 1: Apply Adhesive of your choice to the outside rim on the back side of the pasties
Step 2: Let glue get tacky
Step 3: Apply to breast and hold in place until glue sets.
Step 4: Always make a spot check by testing the edges around the pastie to make sure it is holding. Re-apply glue if needed and hold.
